“ Our quest for the perfect vehicle led us to several dealerships, and while they were all satisfactory, none provided the exceptional service we encountered at Northside Nissan. Upon our arrival, as we were making our way inside, a sales representative inquired if we had an appointment. We did not. He introduced himself as Theo, and from that moment, we felt entirely comfortable in his presence. He graciously offered us the opportunity to test drive the vehicle unaccompanied, a stark contrast to other dealerships where a sales representative would join us. This allowed us to truly relax and enjoy the driving experience. Ultimately, we decided to make an offer on the vehicle. My only regret was that we hadn't thoroughly inspected the car for scratches during our initial visit; prior to making an offer. As it was a pre-owned vehicle, some scratches were anticipated, but since it had just been traded in and hadn't yet undergone inspection, we only became aware of them when a family member pointed them out. On the day of closing, Theo was present and had taken the time to touch up the scratches, I'm uncertain if it is a standard procedure for the dealerships' service department to do that; but in our case, it wasn't done by them. This was definitely a drawback in an otherwise outstanding transaction. Overall, we had an amazing experience with Theo and the entire team at Northside Nissan. ”
“ I've always go to this dealership when I needed. In the past years, specially the ladies at the Service Desk, were really prompt and great. Quick service. I was satisfied. But this time, it seems to me that the service in general was slower compared to previous experiences. I was told that my waiting time will be up to 45 minutes to get the job done, but despite I was 10 minutes early on my appointment, it took more than one hour and I needed to go. This is a job that has been done in the past, nothing new. I left the place frustrated and mad. ”
“ Made a pending "handshake" deal on a vehicle at this location, we had not made any deposits as the Amvic mechanical fitness inspection had not been completed yet, from what I understand you cannot sell a vehicle or enter a sales agreement until this is complete. We called the next day and they made up a story about the tech being sick and they had not looked at it, called again the next day to find out they sold it to someone else, but instead of calling us they just let us continue to call about it wondering if the inspection had been completed, I will not name the sales rep as I believe this should reflect the dealership. Not a good way to retain customers or for future sales. I will be going to a different dealership after this experience. ”

“ Worst service ever, bought a car last year. When i went to pick up my car i see the windshield cracked. Told me it will be fixed with 2-3 days, they took one month to fixed the windshield. The sales person safwaan is not up to his words, told me get a first service free and then when i was there for the service they denied for it stating no documentation. ”
“ I would not deal here again. The salesman, Mark, tried to tell me I was getting more money for my trade because I was saving on paying taxes which was absolutely ridiculous. He told me the vehicle had a sunroof, upon delivery it did not. He told me that the vehicle was in “pristine” condition. A white spot can be seen underneath the headlight in the video before delivery. I believe they did a quick fix on this spot because the first time I washed it, a piece popped off the vehicle right underneath the headlight at that same spot. They would not take any responsibility for this. Then they advertised my trade in as a One owner vehicle which It Is Not! So they engage in false advertising and are very dishonest. I’m super disappointed with these guys. ”
“ Do not, I repeat do not buy here. They will lie until they talk you into buying a dud. Looked at a used car here, and after noticing that they filled out an inspection report THAT day, most likely just before I arrived, and unfortunately for me I bit. One month later to the day, in an independent mechanic because transmission seals went and I have fluid spraying inside the engine compartment. Mechanic says there’s no way the seller didn’t know about this. Thousand later, I’m just waiting for the next fail. STAY AWAY!! ”
